1. Sanitary Safety
All our production and commercial processes are developed under HACCP rules along the whole productive chain, from arrival of the raw materials to finished product and shipment.
2. Quality Control
All production is identified with a tracking number that guarantees to our customer the route of raw materials, processes applied for the elaboration of final product, informing at the same time date of catch, elaboration and expiring date.
3. Analysis
We can rely on the support of our own laboratory to control raw materials and supervise all elaboration processes.
